Do you ship worldwide?

Absolutely, we ship our products all around the globe. However you will need to ensure if products comply with your own local or state laws if you're intending to use them for "on road" use. We also do not collect any VAT, Import Duty or taxes on behalf of customers outside of New Zealand, so keep in mind that these may be payable once goods arrive in your destination country.

How long does shipping take?

Our products are generally shipped using an international economy tracked service from New Zealand. Our shipping providers target delivery time is 7-10 business days.

Can I pick up?

Certainly, picks up can be arranged from our workshop in Te Atatu Peninsula, Auckland, New Zealand.

You will need to contact us to arrange a time.

What are the LHD/RHD options?

Products that have the "Market" option "LHD" or "RHD" displayed means the item is specific to vehicles depending on which side the drivers seat is positioned.

LHD = Left Hand Drive. Meaning the drivers seat is on the left of the vehicle when sitting in it, facing forward. (This is sometimes refereed to as Right Hand Traffic)

RHD = Right Hand Drive. Meaning the drivers seat is on the Right of the vehicle when sitting in it, facing forward. (This is sometimes refereed to as Left Hand Traffic)

Are your products suitable for both LHD/RHD vehicles?

We endeavor to offer all products in both LHD and RHD variants. If a product is LHD/RDH specific you can choose the applicable "Market" option on the products page. If something is listed as "RHD Only", we may be needing someone to confirm LHD fitment for us. Could it be you? Get in touch. If you are unsure about the suitability of fitment for something, please don't hesitate to get in touch.

Do you keep stock of your products?

We endeavor to keep stock of everything we have on offer. If any product is listed as "out of stock" or for "back-order", it means we don't have it on our shelf. You may need to allow an additional 2 weeks (apx) for manufacturing.

Do you take requests for new part ideas?

Absolutely, get in touch with us and we will see if we can make something happen.

Can an item be customized?

Our process does allow for customization to some degree. Its best to get in touch with your specific request and we can explore options together. Customized products will need to be made to order, which will take an additional 2 weeks (apx) to manufacture once a design is finalized.

Can your parts be painted?

Our products do not need any painting or finishing. However if you wish to change the color then yes, all of our plastic products can be painted using both 1k and 2k paints. We recommend first using a quality primer before moving onto anything else. Currently we do not offer painting as a service, but watch this space.
